Gvozden M. Grgur, PhD, founder of the law office. After graduating from high school – law department, he enrolled at the Faculty of Law, at the University of Novi Sad. After graduating from the Faculty of Law, he was employed at the Higher Court in Novi Sad, where he worked first as an intern and after passing the bar exam, as a Judicial Assistant.
In 2012, he acquired the title of Master of Laws. He wrote the master’s thesis on the topic “Criminal offenses against official duty” where he studies in detail one of the most common criminal offenses in the judiciary – Abuse of official duty, from Art. 359 of the Criminal Code Procedure.
In 2017, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Efficiency of short prison sentences” and thus acquired the title of PhD – Legal Science.
In addition to his native Serbian language, he speaks Russian and English language.
He specializes in criminal law, which he studies in detail today through various scientific papers and research. (defense and representation of natural and legal persons before courts of general and special jurisdiction as well as before prosecutor’s offices and the police in the phases of investigation and pre-investigatory proceedings)
Born in 1997 in Zrenjanin. After graduating from the High School of Economics, majoring as Financial Administrator, she enrolled at the Faculty of Law, at the University of Novi Sad.
During her studies, so far, she has attended numerous seminars improving her knowledge, and during her third year of study in the subject of Criminal Procedural Law, she participated in the student internship program at the Court of Appeals in Novi Sad.
She is currently a fourth year student at the Faculty of Law, at the University of Novi Sad. In addition to her native Serbian language, she speaks Russian and English language. Grgur Miljana – Lawyer Associate
Rođena je 1989. godine, u Novom Sadu, gde je završila srednju ekonomsku školu “Svetozar Miletić”, smer birotehičar. Nakon toga upisuje Pravni fakultet u Novom Sadu, opšti smer. Diplomirala je 2013. godine, te pripavničku vežbu obavljala u Višem javnom Tužilašvu u Novom Sadu.
Zvanje master pravnika stiče 2016. godine, odbranivši master rad na temu “Uloga javnog tužioca u predistražnom postupku”.
Pravosudni ispit i advokatski ispit položila je 2016. godine, a u maju 2017. godine upisana je u imenik advokata Advokatske komore Vojvodine.
Postupa u predmetima iz oblasti krivčnog prava, prekršajnog prava, prava privrednih prestupa, te u predmetima iz oblasti privrednog kriminala, kao i postupcima naknade štete i porodičnim sporovima.
Poseduje sertifikat za odbranu u postupcima prema maloletnicima.
Born in 1981 in Kraljevo. She graduated from the Gymnasium, socio-linguistics department, and then from the higher administrative school with the title of lawyer. She lives in Novi Sad. She is currently in the third year of the Faculty of Law, general department. In the law office, she was hired as an associate in the affairs of administration and assisting with technical affairs for lawyers. In addition to Serbian language (mother tongue), she also speaks English language.
Rođena je 1991. godine, u Beogradu, gde je završila pravni fakultet, smer međunarodno – pravni. Diplomirala je 2015. godine, te pripavničku vežbu obavljala u gradskoj opštini Surčin, sektor za imovinsko pravne poslove.
Zvanje master pravnika stiče 2018. godine, odbranivši master rad na temu “Mehanizmi kontrole nad primenom konvencija i preporuka Međunarodne organizacije rada”.
Pravosudni ispit i advokatski ispit položila je 2018. godine.
Postupa u predmetima iz oblasti privrednog prava, radnog prava, kao i u oblasti ugovornog prava.
Pored srpskog (maternjeg) govori: engleski, španski i ruski jezik.
